It is hereby informed that CSIR-Human Resource Development Group has developed a Grievance portal for lodging the grievances by the CSIR's research scholars and is integrated with the existing NewFMS portal and can be accessed from https://newfms.ncl.res.in. Henceforth, all the grievances shall ONLY be accepted on the newly developed Grievance portal Existing fellows can login from NewFMS portal using their current login credentials whereas terminated fellows can use the link: newfmsgrp.ncl.res.in for lodging the Grievance.
